Amy L. O’Donnell
Ms. O'Donnell's practice focuses on accomplishing her clients' objectives in addition to protecting their legal rights. She works to understand the unique requirements of each project or transaction, from acquisition and sale, development, green building, finance, management, and the leasing of commercial and residential space.
Ms. O'Donnell leads the practice group for the representation of clients forming and operating common interest communities. These projects include those formed pursuant to, and outside of, CCIOA.
As a LEED® accredited professional, Ms. O'Donnell joins a handful of Colorado attorneys with this distinction. Ms. O'Donnell's uses her knowledge of green building to assist clients through development, construction, sales and leasing.
Community Involvement:
Ms. O'Donnell is on the Board of Directors for the Miracle Fund, a non-profit organization supporting Guatemalan Kekchi Indians and other disenfranchised indigenous populations around the globe.
