Katy O'Brien

Ms. O’Brien is an associate in the firm's Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups.  She assists clients with the drafting and negotiating of commercial leasing documents as well as other real estate and corporate documents.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. O’Brien was a paralegal in the finance and real estate groups for a law firm in New York City.
