Messner and Reeves Attorneys Win Multi-Million Dollar Verdict

On April 16, 2009, after an 8-day trial, an Arapahoe County jury awarded our client North American National Marketing LLC (NANM) a multi-million dollar verdict in a breach of contract lawsuit against General American Life Insurance Company (GenAm), a subsidiary of MetLife.

Bruce Montoya and David Feeder of Messner & Reeves represented NANM. GenAm and other MetLife entities were represented by the region's largest law firm. The verdict was a testament to the tremendous talent and resources of our litigation group and support staff, many of whom contributed to this victory.

We extend our congratulations to NANM and its fine people, not only for the great result, but also for having the courage and conviction to seek justice against one of the largest insurance and financial services companies in the United States. It is our privilege to count them as clients and to have been entrusted with representing them in this lawsuit.
