Travis S. Uhlenhopp

As a member of the firm’s Corporate and Real Estate Practice Groups, Mr. Uhlenhopp assists clients with a wide variety of general business matters relating to entity formation and compliance, as well as negotiation, leasing, acquisition, disposition and management of assets.  As a registered patent attorney, Mr. Uhlenhopp also advises clients regarding intellectual property protection, procurement, management and licensing strategies.

Prior to joining Messner & Reeves, Mr. Uhlenhopp was a director at a Los Angeles-based consulting and investment banking firm where he oversaw many types of engagements including strategic business planning, due diligence, asset analysis and valuation, financial modeling and preparation for the capital-raising process.
